New subscribers on the fence about joining YouTube Red and Google Play can have their cake and eat it too. You can get access to both services for free when you sign up for Google Play for the first time. Using the same credentials, new users will receive free access to YouTube Red as well.
This trial will last FOUR months. Once the free trial comes to an end, the monthly billing cycle of $9.99 will roll over.

Playback information: Via Google Play Music app on Android v4+, iPhone and iPad operating system v7+, and Sonos speaker system. Access to music content only while you are a subscriber.
Billing after trial period
Once your trial period has ended, you’ll be automatically billed each month for your subscription.

Note: If you subscribed to the Google Play Music family plan, everyone in your family loses access to Google Play Music at the end of the next billing cycle.
