For $129.99, the company will send a member of their famed tech-savants to your front step so they can set up your cord-cutting household. Whether it be the initial setup of a streaming player or assembling an antenna, the Geek Squad can make the transition that much easier for you.

Before we begin
When we arrive at the site, we’ll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don’t, we’ll recommend solutions.
We’ll unbox and connect 1 indoor TV antenna and 1 online streaming device (like Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, and more). Then, we’ll correctly aim the antenna at the nearest TV tower and scan for over-the-air TV channels.
Connecting to your network
We’ll ensure that the online streaming device is in a prime spot for internet signal and connect it to your existing network.
Configuring the device
We’ll perform software and firmware with the online streaming device as needed. We’ll also configure up to 2 online streaming services at your request (like Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, and more).
We can download and configure 1 OS or Android app for content sharing or mirroring. We’ll also demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
While they seem to have everything covered, this $129.99 service does not cover the installation of any antennas outdoors as well as attics. It also does not cover basic audio configuration, nor does the Geek Squad do any network setups or configurations. Finally, while the crew will scan antennas for channels, they do not install, setup, or configure televisions.
