Without much hype, the Time Warner Cable owned company started offering customers the opportunity to join a new small tier of packaging. This package would only has a small number of core networks (including PBS and 25 music stations). From there, you have the opportunity to add 10 channels to the service. The list of channels include:
- Cartoon Network
- Comedy Central
- FOX New
- Hallmark Channel
- NFL Network
- The Weather Channel
For an additional fee, you may also purchase premium networks such as HBO, STARZ, and Showtime.
Currently, the service is being promoted through e-mail and phone alerts. Those who sign up can get this tier at $21.99 per month for the first 24 months. There is no contract so you can cancel any time. The only caveat is you must pay for Spectrum Internet to get access to the offer.
