Many fans were up in arms when popular animated comedy, Futurama, was pulled from Netflix earlier this year. Starting tomorrow, the popular ex-FOX series will be premiering on a platform that the media giant, FOX, has a stake in, which is Hulu.
This is following the current trend of moving all major network assets from Netflix over to Hulu. Recently, rights to popular FOX shows such as M*A*S*H* and American Dad were given exclusively to the popular television streaming service.
Following the lead of Futurama, other FOX shows like Bones and Family Guy have also been pulled from Netflix’s catalog. Hulu is slowly becoming the only place to see major network shows both past and present.
If you are looking to join Hulu as a new subscriber, they are currently offering a deal to sign up for their services at just $5.99 a month.
