Antenna TV Adds More Classic Content

Since its launch six years ago, Antenna TV has been the go-to destination to watch some of the most classic television shows of all-time. By teaming up with local affiliates, this station airs shows that first aired all the way back in the 1950s through the last decade of the 1900s. Airing reruns of long-time favorites such as All in the Family, Family Ties, and The Jeffersons, Antenna TV is available in 88% of households in the United States, partnering with 132 local stations.

Antenna TV is continuing to expand its catalog of classics by adding eight more popular series to their lineup. Before the end of the year, the following shows will join the station’s rotation:

  • Alice
  • Benson
  • Growing Pains
  • Head of the Class
  • Murphy Brown
  • Silver Spoons
  • Soap
  • Welcome Back, Kotter

President of Strategic Programming and Acquisitions of Tribute Broadcasting (Antenna TV’s parent company), Sean Compton, released a statement about the growth of Antenna TV, stating,

“In the six years since Antenna TV has launched there has been a tremendous response from viewers enjoying the network’s classic programming and from stations seeing an increase in revenue. This latest round of programming acquisitions will further broaden Antenna TV’s viewership, and we are looking forward to continued momentum for the network.”
